Hey I am going to try a "mini mash" And I was wondering if anyone had some recipies for Rogue Clone? I would really like to try the:

Shakespeare stout,
Chocolate stout, and
Dead guy!

but any would greatly apreciated!

there's recipes around here somewhere, especially for Dead Guy. just do a search.

I've posted the Dead Guy I've done a couple of times. It's good! It's an extract, though, but take a look at this thread:

My actual recipe changed a bit after that. The changes were in the hops schedule.

I changed it to:
1 oz perle 60 mins
1/4 oz perle 30 mins
1/4 oz saaz 5 mins
1/4 oz perle 5 mins

I like this better. You could easily add some 2 row to the grains and mash them if you want, and decrease the DME.

Thanks

I found some rogue kits online at Austin HBSS and was wondering if anyone has used them?

Next I am trying a Nut Brown Ale, then comes the Rogue!
