I am in the process of a Rhubarb wine and the odor of the wine is not a desirable odor, it doesn't stink, just not the aroma I really want when I am drinking it. The flavor is outstanding. Is there anything I can put in the wine to make the odor of the wine more desirable. It has been aprox 6-7 months from when I started it and it has already cleared to a tan type color.
