I am in the process of a Rhubarb wine and the odor of the wine is not a desirable odor, it doesn't stink, just not the aroma I really want when I am drinking it. The flavor is outstanding. Is there anything I can put in the wine to make the odor of the wine more desirable. It has been aprox 6-7 months from when I started it and it has already cleared to a tan type color.

Nobody has any ideas? There has to be something that people have done for concerns like this. Please help.
 
Nothing, man. Same issue with my RB wine. Either blend it with another wine or fruit juice or use a clothspin. Vegetables are not usually renowned for their scent.
