i'm fairly new to brewing and haven't tried a cider yet but i was in the shop earlier and spotted organic, no artificial additives, not from concentrate rhubarb and apple juice and i thought to my self theres got to be a brew in that.
any suggestions i couldn't find any recipes, basically im looking for something simple for a couple of gallons that i can drink within a couple of months

(above as seen in begginers forum)
 
Your best bet would be to take a rhubarb wine recipe and reduce the sugar.

I'm doing much the same for a blackberry cider. I started with a light-bodied recipe and cut the sugar to one-third (OG ~1.032)
