Hi everyone,
I have been malting my grains at home for quite some time now and the problem is that when steeping the barley three times, I do not reuse the water for the three steeping sessions. This causes a drastic increase in cost of the malting process. So my question is whether I can reuse a single volume of water for steeping the barley on 3 different sessions? Or after a steeping session, the water is altered to an extent that it is not usable again?
Thanks in advance.
