I need to replace a broken o-ring on a Barley Crusher. Is there anyone that knows of directions on the web on how to do that. I am pretty confident that I can figure it out, but if there is a document or a web page that walks you through it the better.

Thanks

If it's the O-Ring that encircles one of the rollers, you don't need it.

It had it so I would like to replace it. It was there for a reason I am sure.

It definitely was there for a reason. And that reason was to test the mill without grains when assembled. You could ask the manufacturer. They'll tell you the same thing.

^Correct^. When the mill is assembled the O-ring assists in tuning.
Mine fell off on my second grind never to be found (definitely was in the spent mash though ;)) and I never replaced it because it's unneeded and would just fall off again...

Cheers!

That does make sense. They did not answer me when I asked them for information.
