I am making cider for the first time and bought some local stuff that has been UV pasteurized. Can I put the campden tablets in when its in the refrigerator or will they not work at low temperatures? Also can I put the pectic enzyme in when its in the refrigerator or should it be room temp?

I'd recommend adding the pectic enzyme at room temperature before pitching your yeast; I don't use campden, but I imagine room temp would be best for it as well.
