Hello y'all.
I am reece. I just recently started getting into brewing and basically went all in and went into all grain brewing. I am a chef by profession so I didn't find it to difficult for me to step into. I also have a brother in-law who brews as well in Germany and a few other friends around the world as well who brew both all grain and extract.
I just recently did my first solo run 2 weeks ago as well. It is an Irish red ale kit from NB. So far I really love brewing and cant wait to meet y'all in the forums and continue my brewing adventures.
