Red Wheat vs White Wheat

When looking at the unmilled wheat how to know the difference? I ask, as I believe an online supplier sent the wrong type of wheat.

Probably won't make a bit of difference in the brew except for the SRM.

Red wheat is physically reddish yellow compared to white wheat. It also tends to have a stronger grainy flavor to it. I personally prefer it when I am after stronger wheat flavor.

White wheat is pretty much the same color as base malt barley husks. There's definitely no hint of red or orange...
