Has anyone used the red New Mexico chili peppers in a beer before? If so, what were your results? I was hoping they would have Guajillo at the store, but did not. These looked similar and had similar characteristics to Guajillo, so I just picked them up while I could.
If nothing else, gonna be making some tasty hot salsa soon.
