Yooper's house pale is delicious. Original is awesome, and I've also modified slightly with bigger late additions and a hop-stand (plus dry hop) for extra hoppy goodness. It's malty and hoppy, so best of both worlds for me.

Extract or all grain? I've got a big ol crazy citrus all grain DIPA in the keg and brewing a slight modification next week

I just made Mr Cheeks IPA off of this site. Very tasty IMHO. Not very bitter, more citrusy but that's what I was looking for. I'll prob brew it again eventually. So good.

Fresh Squeezed is quickly becoming my favorite IPA of all time, even though we have some very tasty local IPAs

thanks! for the link to that recipe. after a year & a half of not brewing, it's time to get back into it and that might be the one to brew

Anything The Yooper puts in the database would work perfectly.

Thanks for the input. I went with the Fresh Squeezed this time. I think I'll try Yoopers house pale ale next. Right now I can't brew anything with Simcoe or Amarillo but that will change soon with the new hop harvest.
