so i've been drinking more cider recently, and struggling to meet my daily needs for folate because of it.

Anyone know/have ideas how to get a tablespoon of active dry yeast into a persons stomach?

i should say this is a calorie saving measure, which is why the bread isn't feasible...

normally, i mix it with rice bran, vanilla powder, and make a milk shake...but once again, calories. the milk isn't necessary for nutrition, but adds like 300 calories to the recipe. but i only need the rice bran with beer for thiamin, and with cider i need the yeast for folate, because the apple juice has plenty of thiamin....juggling is fun kiddies!

i have. but i use the USDA nutrient db for info, and it doesn't stack up with active dry, according to them....(if i remember correctly, and vegans think weird stuff, lol)
