I have recently procured a large amount of Briess Traditional Dark DME, and I am looking for some recipes that use dark DME for the bulk of the fermentables. The recipe can include other things as well, but I am trying to find some creative uses for this DME. I am an all-grain brewer, so it's fine if the recipe requires mashing.
I rarely brew with extract, so I would love to hear some ideas!
