Good evening, fairly new to home brewing. So far, I've managed a Pilsner brew in a can, ginger beer and an American Amber Ale.

I've got a few ingredients left over and I'm looking to brew up something tomorrow, extract style.

I'm working with a light malt extract, Munich malt LME, some Caramalt crystal malt and hops wise, Amarillo and Cascade.

Any thoughts on a recipe? I was thinking of doing an Altbier or Bock but can't really source any decent recipes.

Should I avoid dry hopping etc?

Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.

Many thanks.

I just did an allg rain batch
4lbs munich
1lb 2row
1/2 lb crystal
1/2 lb carapils

Cascade / fuggle

for a 2.5g batch, sampled it today from the primary and its darned tastey

I did .5 oz of cascade for 60m

10minute left in boil i did .5 oz of fuggle

2min left i put in the rest (.5oz) of fuggle and cascade.

Very great tasting beer

Not sure how much of the LME you have, but perhaps them combined would be fairly similar to this beer. - I like a great hopped beer, you can use cascade for the full thing and toss a little more hops in for the last 2m for aroma and flavor
