A friend who owns a brewery gave me a bag of grain he accidentally mixed together. It is 14 pounds of Munich and 3 pounds of aromatic malt, my original idea was to do a 90 minute boil with 4 2oz saaz additions since I have a bunch I need to use up. Any thoughts or input?
 
You can always use half and mix it with Pilsner to dilute the aromatic down.
