Replace the Brewer's malt and oats with 8 lbs of light DME and steep all the rest of the ingredients. I'd round those numbers to the nearest ounce though, someone must have converted from metric or something.

Edit: I know you didn't ask for feedback on the recipe, but that is a heck of a lot of C-120. I would cut that way down, at least in half. IMO it could use some roasted barley instead.
