Looks like it will make a good beer to me. Here would be my suggestion though;

I don’t believe you will get any character contributions from your 2.5% of light Munich in a dark beer. Under 8-10% I believe will be undetectable with your grain bill. Same goes for the carafoam. You have some great foam beneficial grains already built into your recipe so I don’t see it adding much benefit.

That being said they are fine to keep in the recipe as you plan and will not hinder the beer what so ever

Following up on the Munich comment: I would up it. Depending on the recipe, I usually like at least 2lbs on Munich 2 in my stouts and porters. Just adds a little something-something.
