I have 6 oz of El Dorado hops. I've never brewed with them before, so I was thinking of doing a single hop beer with 2 ozs at 15, flame out, and dry hop. I think that would make a pretty decent beer (still working on the grain bill). But I'm also thinking of adding an oz of Centennial or Citra at FO and DH. I still want the El Dorado to be the predominant hop but maybe add a bit more dimension to it. Just wanted to see what others thought.
