Trying to capture some wild yeast and was wondering if they are ready to be stepped up to 500ml? This has only been outside for two days but it's showing some great activity.

Step it up and get it into a vessel that won't let air in (better to stop any aerobic microbes from taking over.)
 
Looks like some very happy yeast, what are you planning to brew? How does it smell?
 
I haven't smelled it yet, I'm going to step it up to 1000ml in a day or so; I'm thinking of a wit/farm house.
