So I saved the left over yeast I had from a chocolate porter I made into a bottle, capped it tight and is in fridge. My question is let's say I choose to make a blonde ale and I decide to re-start that yeast and use it in the blonde ale. Would this affect the taste, character, anything of the blonde ale?
