I use my spent grain, hops and yeast to grow more food...it makes excellent compost.

I feed my chickens spent grain, at roughly 30% protein it is better than most commercial feeds, and cheaper too!

I usually make bread/buns with mine, and dog treats.
The rest i give to some cousins who have chickens.
