I made a raspberry wheat two weeks ago, I fermented it for a week, racked it in to the secondary a week ago and added the raspberry purée. Would you let it sit on the fruit for another week or rack it to a keg and start carbing it now?

I had mine in secondary with 24 oz of fresh raspberries and found that 1 week was sufficient.

I should also mention I also added raspberries at 10 minutes left in the boil, and that it was a 3 gallon recipe.

Cool thanks, I keg mine, I should have kegged it this weekend, but the Sunshine and pool called my name.
