So I'm attempting to make a raspberry pilsner and really want it to turn out alright. I realize it a bit untraditional but I was wondering if anyone could give me some input on this:

6 lb Light DME
0.5 Crystal 20
1 lb Honey
4 lb Fresh Raspberries
2.5 oz Saaz boiling
0.5 oz Sterling (5 min)
0.25 oz Sterling (aroma)
Pilsner Yeast ??
OG:1.062 FG:1.016
ABV 5.9%

Possibly put in some more raspberries on secondary.

Whats a good yeast for a pils like this? Thoughts? comments?

I'm not sure it is worth the time/effort of using a lager yeast. You have so much else going on that a clean ale yeast would do just as good a job (in a lot less time).

Good luck.
