I started my first batch of mead on Monday the 4th the 5 gallon batch with the one 3 lb jug of orange blossom honey and one tub of Wildflower honey there was three kilos kilograms whatever it is anyway I used 30 oz of Frozen raspberries a packet of red star Premier blank voice recognition won't allow me to properly spell that and I used the table or a teaspoon of Energizer from Northwestern and a half a teaspoon of nutrient now my question is well I removed the raspberries from the top cuz they've gone White in only 4 days and do I add more yeast or do I just let it keep working cuz this was the third application of the nutrients and the Energizer could I get some advice please?
 
New to this mead brewing thing my self. But ill offer what lil advice i have. I say take a gravity reading and go from there. Its only been 4 day and if your doing stagnated nutrients i would say wait tell day 5 or 6. Especially sence the rasberrys woulda been used for a bit of nutrients.
 
Thanks Dr Wizard. I'm watching it, it's having a little more activity, but not what it was before transferred? I didn't expect such a drastic change in activity? None of the beers that I used 2nd fermentation have ever acted like this? But
