Hey guys,
I currently have a 1 gallon raspberry blossom traditional brewing. All the research I've done points to this sort of honey being an excellent show mead, as the raspberry hints of the honey are easy to cover up. I wanted to ask if anyone has had any luck mixing it with anything, while preserving the overall aroma/character? Just to keep options in the back pocket.
