So I have a raspberry Blonde ale I've brewed 3-4 times before and it's always very good but this time I wanted to add something extra. So my thought was to brew a 4 gallon batch that is slightly higher in abv this time, around 7.5%, and then add about 1 gallon of lemonade to bring it back down to the normal 5.5% abv. Then keg it and force carbonate. Any reason this wouldn't work or be tasty? P.s. I use 4lbs of fresh raspberries in the recipe if this makes a difference.

Thanks

Tim.

If you don't do something about the yeast they'll eat that lemonade right up. Keep it cool and drink it quickly!

You also might be able to hook up some kind of relief valve to keep from over carbing. But even then you're going to lose the sweetness and pump up the abv if they have enough time to work on it.
