Yeah, from both keg and bottle. It's very solid, like all of their beer, but I was hoping for more peach and vanilla character from it. They're both there, but not as strong as I'd like.

Likewise. The cinnamon is the most prevalent which makes sense since it is a fairly potent spice, but ramping up the the other flavors would have helped. I enjoyed it for sure, but haven't been wowed by it. In fact, the only thing that has wowed me thus far was that coffee one (All Systems Go), which didn't seem to impress a lot of others.

Oh man, that coffee sour was the most interesting and unique (and perhaps best) beer I've had from them. Everyone I know who tried it absolutely loved it. They gotta make more!!

They did! I believe it goes on tap within the next few weekends, they just kegged it up.

Bummed to miss out on that one. Made with Sightglass, right? Really dug the Cosmic Dust one from last weekend, has been my favorite of any of theirs.

Cosmic Dust was real good.

What was interesting to me was not only that it was a coffee sour, which is novel in and of itself, but that the coffee flavor was very unique. I don't have a ton of experience with coffee beers, but it has a strong flavor of unground coffee, which seemed unique to me. I confirmed with Jay that that was in fact how they brewed it.

Really liking their stuff. Stopped by the brewery Saturday, got a growler of shadow of their eyes for $19, pretty good deal for 32 ounces of sour. Looking forward to more **** from them. The only thing so far I don't like, are the names of the beers. I don't think they are cool.

I'm happy to have access to a regular supply of good sour beer's. It's becoming routine to stop in on Fridays for a Growler fill, I certainly can't complain.

SourTooth - needs more ginger, would have loved this to have been much more prominent, instead of a trace in the aftertaste. Still a nice clean flavored sour, but wanted more from this one.

I actually thought it was the perfect amount of ginger. I was worried they'd over do it since ginger can be a pretty dominant flavor. It seems they like to flavor their beers rather delicately though, which ain't a bad thing, though in their fruited stuff I'd like more fruit

Supposedly that's what they were thinking. I think it makes sense, since your average person is only going to want a "ginger beer" level of ginger flavor, whereas your ginger-freaks are going to want a lot more. So the people who are really excited by this idea are going to be let down, but most people will like it more. It's a tough line to walk, but I think toning it down makes sense.

I definitely agree with both of you, I guess I went in thinking of a real strong ginger beer, but I still enjoyed it for what it was.

Shadows isn't a founders release, just to be clear. That's sort of ambiguous from your post.
