Well, as a Lions fan I look forward to our victory day. I have a feeling it will be something akin to the feeling Cubs fans got to enjoy this past season. Probably take longer to achieve though.

It's Monday; I hope everyone hits all their goals this week.

... how?

I mean I'm genuinely intrigued by that but ... how?

He was attempting to dry caramelize sugar. The temp was too high, he didn't stir and it boiled over.

While he was at the super bowl party.

See the link to "Toasted Sugar" is above that picture.

Found this deeply moving.

The nursing home that my mother stayed at had happy hour everyday at 3pm. They served beer, wine, mixed drinks. Only the residents could drink alcohol though. They had free snacks; pretzels, popcorn and cheese puffs. My mother was a teetotaler...

Thought it was cool!

BTW it was a Catholic nursing home.

The men's bathroom didn't have a condom machine. Go figure.

My Uncle was 83 & living in a home for about 5 years. My brother & I would show up & take him out to lunch or dinner all the time. We would always ask him, "Now that we've eaten.......................... what do you want to do?"

:) 100% of the time he would like to go to a different strip club. :rockin: Drink beer, smoke cigars, flirt with the gals. He was in a wheelchair so the gals would always give us front row seats. Treated him like a KING! The other patrons would be trippin! "Who is that guy!?"

We would show up and the ENTIRE MALE POPULATION of the nursing home would want to go with us! The nurses had no clue.

He was quite the BMOC! :mug:

My dad, grandpa and I was standing in the garage in a circle talking while my brother was up in the attic running a new tv line, he came all the way through, landed on his butt, right in the middle of the 3 of us. Good thing he didn't hit one of us, it could of been bad
