And getting close to the time of year to warn of turkey fryers being used in garages, enclosed back porches, or kitchens.
 
I have a turkey fryer.. used it plenty of times over the years, however I prefer to smoke the turkey now.. I have also smoked them for the first half and dropped them in the fryer to finish it off. All good options. Ohhh and the only reason I have it was to brew beer before I upgraded.
