This impresses me as something that sounds amazing and beautiful and tranquil and lovely... right up until you actually have to deal with the reality of living on a rock that's scarcely bigger than your house. To each, his own.

might as well live on a boat.

at least you can haul anchor & move away from any intense weather

much as I DON'T MISS the navy, I LOVE the thought of unmooring & just floating away from any place you don't like.

Alligators have fatter rounded noses and crocs more narrow

Drove home from NH this morning and the leaf peepers were already out in force. Does look like "Peak Leaf" may be this week up near Franconia Notch State Park and the White Mountain National Forest area...
