Random fresh hops

So, 2 + years back I ordered 4 different rhizome's.

My 3yo daughter at the time helped me plant them, to my mistake I was too distracted to notice we didn't carry the label over with the rhizome. So , I have a mixture of Cascade, Chinook, Nugget and Norther Brewer. I planted them WAY to close and not high enough. While it looks pretty cool, i basically have a tangled mess of 4 different types of hops. Definitely enough to brew a batch with.

What would you do with them?

Late additions, whirlpool, or dry hop.

+^ You don't know the AA so just use them late/whirlpool/dry hop where there are negligible IBUs, anyway.

Agreed, I've also read they can give your beers a grassy flavor if used in the early boil, so stick with late/whirlpool/dry.

I sense a "Hartford Hop Medley Ale" on the horizon

Thanks for the feedback. My thoughts were along the same. Any style recommendations? What about an octoberfest?

Octoberfest is generally a malt-forward lager beer ... I'd be thinking amber or pale, or if you have enough , IPA
