I don't know what the story is, but that's an anagram of Palimpsest. It's funny, too, considering what Palimpsest means.
Good observation! Easy to miss- guessing not many people are catching that or trying to interpret the elaborate metaphor the beer name/label represents.

Sometimes Google helps figure things out

Ms Pea Split is the next iteration in our red series. Previous inductees include Sam Tipples, Stamp Piles, Lamest Pips (draft only), and of course, Palimpsest. Oh, and Psalm Spite to boot! It’s magical how the simple re-arranging of letters can exhume endless amazing variations. MPS was fermented in a red wine puncheon for 9 months, then transferred into the un-rinsed Psalm Spite Sherry Puncheon, and aged for 6 additional months, then re-fermented on 150 pounds of whole organic red raspberries. This is basically a baby carbonated version of Psalm Spite. Available in 375ml bottles and limited draft; I’ll be on tap in January at the House of Billiards Anniversary. It was also on tap at the Extreme Beer Fest in December. The name is an anagram, and the label is a palimpsest. À votre santé!

I'm from Seattle, where Tavour is located. What beers are you curious about? I'll do my best to answer.
I wasn't really planning on buying stuff to be honest, I joined mostly out of curiosity. There were a few Shady Oaks beers that sound right up my alley and a pFriem Belgian which is the only one I've heard of before. If they ever get any pFriem Pilsner I'm buying it all.

i drank the dfh mace beer this weekend. it would be fine if it wasnt for the fuckload of star anise they put in it

Can someone explain to me why brewers (and beer geeks) absolutely **** themselves over Mostra coffee? Like, is there any special reason that someone should care? Of all the tangential **** that gets associated with beer (BA syrup, mead/beer aged in barrels that had mead/beer in them, etc), that's one of the ones that I understand the least.

Nothing special about their beans and coffee, just an felleating following over between them, Abormal, Moska, and other like minded breweries in that region, style category, etc. Maybe same "funding" sources.

That's what I thought but wasn't sure. It seems like like a big Instagram/social media circle jerk from the outside looking in.
