I love Simcoe, but it is all about how the hop has been used and what harvest it came from. A few years back the Simcoe harvest had a much bigger cat piss aroma than the past couple of years.

Now we should all be able to unite behind our shared hatred of Summit hops (straight garlic / wild onion / body odor type aromas)...

Sly Fox and Shipyard jump out on a quick Google search, but outside of the UK I can't see many American style IPA's using Fuggles.
