Earlier in this thread there was discussion of an episode where exactly that scenario took place. Apparently some neckbeard will call you a "cuck" for doing it.

Wouldn't they be the cucks?

Edit: For clarification, not directed at evilc or JulianB. This is to the neckbeards at the release.

I need to start liking more things that aren't beer, cocktails, or whiskey.

On vacation and from about 8am (when I wake up) to noon when the breweries open I'm struggling to find anything fun to do. I've already been to 2 coffee shops. What do normal people do in the morning?

Edit: also just caught up. That Maryland law is idiotic. Politicians suck.

Edit2: I really liked that dontdrinkbeer post.

You find a gut busting breakfast to lay down a good base

So here's a hypothetical thought i've had about the whole tired hands chair thing. What if I were to go to the front of the line (or just somewhere really close to the front, let's say) and the groups of chairs in that area were empty, and I just kicked them sumbitches over and took that spot and waited like a "normal" person, would the beer geek universe implode because i just found a loophole?
I feel like that's the normal thing to do. I wouldn't even think twice about doing that.

Tired Hands approved of the chair situation though and told people that it was legit. That ended the idea of just going to the front of the line before it started moving. At this point, apparently the township has stated that they don't want unattended chairs outside though no one knows what they are planning to do about it.

I bought a 12 pack of Born Again Yesterday for $19 today.

Really makes me question why I ever spent $16 on a 4 pack of cans, and if I ever need to bother doing it again.

Cause Lagunitas is the best value brewery that gets caught in the shuffle. Grabbed a 6pk of Waldo's and remembered how enjoyable it was from last year. What I didn't remember was that it's 11.9%.

Lagunitas has it figured out. Dollar for dollar, you cannot beat their prices, especially when it comes to their "limited release" stuff.

I think at most dive bars, sports bars with average beer selection lagunitas is always my go to, they usually have lil sumpin. also they give a lot of money to NPR which is cool.

Also they are kinda the last "big" craft brewery not to switch to cans which is interesting
