Not that I think they would, but how exactly would today's Double Dobis release have been made crazier by canning?
You underestimate the neckbeards... never underestimate the neckbeards.

Semi related - I saw a new apartment building going up here promising "Hand-crafted apartments".
featuring rustic crown molding and small batch doorknobsI hope the units come with artisan balconies and sustainably sourced bathroom fixtures.

It's honestly not bad. Tastes like a regular Stone IPA (now whether you like that or not is a different story). It's made with barley rather than sorghum or those other weird gluten free ingredients. It means it's gonna taste like ****.

That beer is so terrible! It means it's gonna taste like ****.
can't eat a loaf of bread.
Who can?
This isn't a gluten-free thing. This is a "a loaf of bread is too much to eat at once" thing.

If we could get Alesmith to do a pilsner called .406 it would be more perfecter. #tedwilliams
I'll take .394 against better competition (minorities, international players) instead of .406 against lesser competition.
Scary thing is, Ted Williams was one of the slowest runners of all time. Dude prolly would have hit .420 if he had average speed. . .
Nonetheless, the year Gwynn hit .370 and stole 56 with that neckbeard belly is a testament to athleticism not being wrapped up in a svelte body. Thank you. . .

Mostly I'm just a Red Sox fan and love the Teddy Ballgame/San Diego connection. Nothing against Mr. Padre.![]()
Holy **** does it look like that bread is stretchy when he bites it? And it doesn't break off instantly? He's not taking a bite, he's stretching off a bite? I'm not certain. Anyone have a tool to slow down a gif? jivex5k you seem like you might have the answers here. This is of critical importance.

There is a fair bit to digest here, but some takeaways.
Please for the Love of God don't **** with Moonlight Brewing, some of the best lagers I've ever had in the states (Realty Czech and Death & Taxes jump to mind).
Fundraising space at the Chicago location? First I've heard of this and I've got pretty good connections to the Midwestern Lagunitas folks.
I still can't believe that Tony McGee doesn't want to just ride off into the sunset, get high, play blues and enjoy his golden years.
Have you seen my gifs?

Tony Gwynn's wRC+ his .394 year was 166. Ted Williams's wRC+ his .406 season was 221.
Actually Ted Williams beat or matched 166 in 15 different seasons.
Had to look it up.

Are you people really arguing about batting average?
This is not to **** on Tony Gwynn but there's ZERO comparison between his 0.394 year and Williams' 0.406.
My dissertation included very little about batting averages!Followed by a dissertation on the subject. . .
Proceeds to provide substantially more comparison between the two. . .
My dissertation included very little about batting averages!
And the phrase "no comparison"- or rather, my modification of said phrase- is not usually construed to mean that literally. In fact, the colloquial use of the phrase implies a comparison; That is, that one of the things in the attempted comparison is so superior to the other that they might as well be without commonalities in a figurative but not literal sense.

Don't really as many thoughts on this one as it seems to make sense as Prairie has been brewing out of Krebs since their beginning.
Interesting day in the M&A world of craft beer.
