Aren't jimmies all rustled up about the grocery store law too? What's the concern there? I can send a picture of the beer aisles in Michigan grocery stores to Denver if they want, its really nothing to worry about.

Idk there are tons of groups for and against it and a jabroni sitting at the entrance of most stores with clipboards wanting to go into extreme detail with housewives. Not a good look.

We still can't have liquor stores open on Sundays and some local craft beer bros are trying to get this changed. Which is great, it's a really inconvenient and backwards law. But every time the bill to change it comes up for a vote and fails to pass, local beer homies post a list of who voted for it and who voted against it on Facebook and tell you to "VOTE THESE FUCKERS OUT." I mean for one, state legislature candidates sometimes aren't even opposed, and when they are, the person opposing them might not be on your side either. Plus, there's a bunch of other issues that matter way more and people don't want to lobby that hard for booze on Sundays. You might have a hop tattoo and an insulated cooler bag full of dankwales but most people think of craft beer the same way they do olive oil or heirloom tomatoes, just a mildly interesting food product.

I somehow lost the bottle of To The Choir that Ryan_G sent me in the MAW thread. I have zero idea what happened to it. It hasn't left my apartment as far as I know. Wanted to put it in the fridge today. Cleared out the cellar bottle by bottle and it's nowhere to be found. ****

Local brewery owner previously went on a rant about how people locally want the NE IPAs because there are already good IPAs produced locally. Turns around and makes a turbid IPA. It looks like that mango IPA from hoof hearted. People here go apeshit. Brewery sells it by the snifter with growler fills at $28/64 oz and the brewery comes along talking about how the beer was so expensive and risky. WTF is risky about not crashing your beer and serving it out of the brite tank? Shitlord Brewing Co.
