But it's only Farmhouse Noir :oops:

Absolutely love Farmhouse Noir.

Drank some apricot beers today. All good beers, but...

Fou > West Ashley > Map of the Sun > La Fosse > Apricot Stonington
We had a blind peach beer tasting today.

tl;dr Veritas peach beers are holding up incredibly well, while Side Project fruited beers seem shallow and one-note.

Also, Fantasia is still one of the best beers in the world.

Westly=Fou>Peche n Brett>Fantasia>Imp Apricot Bu=West Ashley>Map of the Sun.

Tomorrow if I thought about it again, it would be a completely different order. Fantasia in particular can be all over the map for me. And I've fortunately never had any of the "dud" Fou bottles. And Map of the Sun is still amazing.

Weird, I could sit with a glass of PnB and just smell it all day. And I've never noticed a booziness. If anything I'm left talking about how I can't believe it's 10%.
The nose on PnB is sooooo good. Last one I had was a full on blast of musty peaches in the best possible way. I can't think of a better smelling beer. It's my favorite peach/apricot beer next to Fou, but I've also never had WA, Fantasia, or any stone fruit De Garde.

We had a few apricot beers a couple weeks ago. I'd rank them imperial apricot bu > filmishmish > map of the sun. Some had the filmishmish first.

From memory I'd put fou ahead of them all.

These are my exact thoughts as well. Love that beer. Impresses the hell out of me every time I'e had it how drinkable it is for 10%.

Out of a fridge stocked with delicious, rare beer the thief decided to take the Fantasia. I think that speaks volumes as to its quality.
Theft is one of those things that will never understand in this hobby... You're never going to get out of it what you miss from being a person people trust. smdh. And don't even get me started on the rampant theft at releases.

Oh yeah. I forgot about Imperial Orchard Bu. How could I?!? What a beer. And Veritas 13.

I ******* love peach/apricot beers. Funnily enough, my girlfriend hates apricot beers. She doesn't like the subtle "rubbery" taste they can have. She did not like West Ashley. But thankfully, she loved Bernice.

I like apricot beers far more than peach beers, but that's likely probably because I've never really had a truly great peach. Even the ones I've had at farmer's markets or whatever have never been spectacular.
