There's a brewery here in Texas that just brewed a beer with ramen noodles.

So they used wheat, but made it less convenient? Great idea.

Right? It would be one thing if they had used soba. At least it's buckwheat. So they used wheat, but made it less convenient? Great idea.
You want as high a mash PH as possible to encourage the growth of potentially harmful bacteria.Adding a huge pile of alkaline salts to the mash definitely sounds like a really good idea.
I like my beer with a slight hint of E.coliYou want as high a mash PH as possible to encourage the growth of potentially harmful bacteria.
Even if it's not, just pitch some lacto (regardless of whether they'll survive), call it a Japanese gose, and move on.Adding a huge pile of alkaline salts to the mash definitely sounds like a really good idea.
Small brewery here did some bizarre beer spin class a year or so ago.Looks like this is also a thing that that brewery does:

I've had a stout brewed with spaghetti. It was good, don't know if the pasta really added anything. There's a brewery here in Texas that just brewed a beer with ramen noodles.

Wut. What magical shelves are you looking at? KBS sells out faster than PnB around here.Maybe, but that **** is on shelves here in California now too. Given the level of dumbshit new money Cali traders you could get a 4pk of kbs for a Midwest shelfie bomber.
Came across it at a few random spots. It'll drop next month again with the new release. Prob even more this time around as well. Funny enough, I prefer FBS over KBS.Wut. What magical shelves are you looking at? KBS sells out faster than PnB around here.
(Meanwhile, a few places are still selling BCBS by the case.)

Anybody seen or tried this?
Hot damn Tweak is on point this year. Would love to try it side by side with some non-infected BCBCS but alas...won't happen. If you have not picked up a bottle yet, you should.
I love all things Coen brothers. But God, I just can't stand The Big Lebowski.
Edit--wrong thread. See below.
Carry on.
I'm just having flashbacks of Wakefield on this.
Also, isn't mead the same exact thing as honey wine?
Used this one before in the JWB thread but it's the gift that keeps on giving.....Garagiste Meadery said:As I mentioned previously, this process will take a while. I fully recognize that it may be 2017 before our meads are available commercially.

Agreed. I met wiltznucs last Hunahpu, and he has been nothing but awesome during his process from homebrewer to here. He's been extraing and trading bottles out in a FB group I run. While past results are not indicitave of future performance, I have had the product he has done so far, and it is awesome. He has really rigorous quality standards. I expect great things. While some of the parameters may sound similar, the chasm between the two protagonists in this case and that one couldn't be wider.
I generally don't want anything to do with these kinds of projects but I'm considering this one, not sure I can plunk down the cash at the moment though. I am 100% confident that wiltznucs is going to run it in basically the complete opposite way to the OGs Society.

I don't even understand the question.
you must have touched a nerve. do tellSomeone in my local "beer group" on FB called me a homie and wants to fight me.
That's how I know im doing this whole "craft beer community" thing right.
Go me.
