On a serious note: I've never really been a fan of the style, but I had a 2010 HotD Matt recently. That **** was pretty good.

2 years ago this was one of my favorite beers of all-time.

Your use of 'all-time' means that time will not depreciate the value of said subject. It would always be a favorite. Perhaps two years ago it became one of your favorites 'of all time'. If true, it remains one of your favorites 'of all time'.

So I was finally put on limited access for "trolling" on Beeradvocate, in which I basically mentioned this site in response to a thread that was deleted for moronic reasons. Kind of disappointed they didn't ban me. Figured I'd just retire my account anyway, and I can't even do that apparently.

Hey Todd, just ban me already. I'm going to delete my account anyway. You and your moderators are pretty pathetic and your site is a joke. Thanks for a ruining a good discussion about local beer with actual input from a brewer.

What brewery/local beer was the discussion about, and why was it deleted? It's always amusing to hear what isn't allowed as a topic of discussion there.

Be careful! You will be missing out on some great threads:
Favorite pounding beer and favorite sipping beer. Go!
Egg nog beer or beer cocktails?
What's your Friday the 13th beer themed lineup?
Good bye bombers?
How local is the beer you drink?
How long do IPAs stay "Fresh"?

In addition to the screen grabs that jbeezification posted of the recreated thread, it was about Saint Arnold's Art Car IPA and people's opinions on it. I posted my opinion on it and about how I prefer New England style hoppy beers, and then asked for a brewer's input on why we haven't really seen that style being attempted here in Houston with it's recent popularity. One of Saint Arnold's brewers, awinkro and a guy that runs the beer department at a large local beer store gave their input on the subject.

That was pretty much the original thread, which then got deleted for, "there are reviews for that." And here we are.

reviewers know more about the beer they're drinking than the people who made the beer, guy

maybe a timeout is just what you need, chief
