Hey, let's get back to hating beer!

Who's gonna say that this might not be too bad?

While it probably tastes like salty, fishy butthole, it's not too far removed from being an oyster stout.

So if you like salty, fishy buttholes, you might like a geoduck stout.

Couple random beer thoughts from this weekend:

Don't know why it took me so long to figure this out, but stovepipes of Oskar Blues Pinner are ******* awesome.

As are Harviestoun Ola Dubh 12 Special Reserve and Duck Rabbit Imperial Stout on cask.

For those who missed it, which is probably everyone, Ratebeer is releasing their "best of" lists and awards this week

The Struise taproom won for best taproom in Belgium and No. 12 taproom worldwide based on a grand total of 5 ratings

Urbs was pretty pumped, or so it seemed. Love that brewery.

Can't ever find Pinner or anything OB close to fresh here. I do drink stupid amounts of Little Yella Pils tho

I used to love them but they've been making it difficult over the last few years. I haven't had a non-infected Pannepot in at least 2 years

Lots of infection issues, way too much overpriced and kind of ****** releases. They've even messed up Black Albert, they bought a coffee roasting installation but they're absolutely horrible at it and just burn the **** out of the beans. Of course they then use way too much coffee in Black Albert which now just tastes like burnt coffee.

Yeah, I have not bought anything new in quite some time. Still drinking through my older Pannepot stash. Crazy Horse is the only thing i have purchased that is relatively new, and of course after I buy it on Etre, it shows up on US distro sheets.

Next summer you need to get your ass up to Maine for the Struise Fest at Ebenezers.
