Cause Two-Hearted da GOAT

Man, I was so pumped for this to get to Texas. Bought a 6 pack and it was....ok?

Not bad by any means but definitely not what I remember from my first taste a year or so ago. I'll give it another shot but I was fairly disappointed.

The "Texas exclusive" Amarillo whatever it's called is pretty good.

This is easily the dumbest one of these I've seen. Usually it's more like "we have a fully fleshed out tasting but are looking for one or two people with a couple of very specific bottles". This is a total fishing expedition, and that's without even getting into the ridiculousness of quoting the secondary market value of the bottles.

Give it 3 more years and you'll see breweries dropping off left and right. The savings will be gone, the debts will be up to their eyeballs, and fanboys will have moved onto the next "big thing".
Another brewery will pop up and take its place and thus the cycle continue.
Sorry not to take us back to the start of the week, been busy catching up on posts . I think as with any business quality, consistency, and reputation are key values to sustain your business . Too often do you see breweries doing business practices that are cheap, save them money, cut a corner , etc.. Because they're just so geared towards the volume to dollar style of plan rather then establishing yourself as a good, consistent brewery that pays attention to your customers and regulars at the bar . We had the brewers guild meeting at 7 seas brewery and Dick Cantwell came to talk for a bit and he constantly said that over and over that the best business plan is investing in your employees and customers along with standing by your beer .

**** like this is just sad to me because these are severely awkward fuckwads without the social etiquette, tact, and/or experience to befriend people. There's some commentary here about kids these days and their desire for instant gratification, without even considering the social ramifications.

**** off with this ****.

Seriously. **** right off.

I can't fault them for trying to capture that sweet secondary market markup for themselves, but cash only? **** off. $400 is above the withdrawal limit that most ATMs have. If you're going to charge those kind of prices, it is insane to not take credit cards, especially since I assume they normally do in their taproom like every other brewery.

Yeah you're right good on them for these awful jacked prices, I wish every brewery would do this. Said no one ever.

How has no one said this when I just did?

It's a supply and demand issue. There will be a line longer than availability. Guaranteed.

You don't like the price? Don't go buy it. Simple as that.
