Speaking of Pannepot, I noticed a bunch of 2011 and 2012(I think) in Encinal Market in Alameda today. Just in case you are interested.
Sure am. You remember the price? I've been meaning to check out some of the Alameda stores since you make it sound like they have everything and no one goes to them.

Encinal beer guy puts old stuff out each year around Christmas, this year he has left it all out. I want to say around $7.

Not sure what is going on at Encinal, but he is getting less stuff in, or not stocking the shelves as much.

$7? Wow, that's a great price, less than a pound of organic apples. The place around me that always used to have pannepot hasn't had it in awhile now.

They open at 8, so I'm going to head over tomorrow before the drive will be complete bollocks.

Thoughts on Aurora? BusinessSloth and I apparently have differing opinions...

Turns out it's Pannepot 2011 (which I have a bunch of) and Pannepeut 2012. I grabbed some of the 'peuts anyway, then dug around a bit to see if there was anything hidden. Sure enough, there were a couple bottles of Pannepot Reserva 2010 back behind everything. Score!

Sadly, the guy guy charged me for 4x Reserva, so I overspent by THREE WHOLE DOLLARS. **** THAT GUY.
