Only reason I know about them is because of some pastryhypestout they were pouring in the VIP section at WakeFest last year. I actually thought the name was "3 Chefs" and assumed it was some beer/food collaboration between Wakefield and some local restaurants.

Yeah I have no idea what point he's trying to get at there. That Belgians, like a lot of other countries, have some cheap/swill/industrial (whatever term you like) domestic beers of choice and don't drink lambic, trappist ales, and saisons exclusively? I mean, duh.
