I just bought a case of this without ever tasting it. A winter of drinking High ABV beers drove me to this.

I should at least do some Intihar-ing with it though.

I cracked one of these last night. Now, I probably didn't get the full experience since I drank it from the can but that is likely how I will mostly be drinking this beer anyway. But it basically tasted like a bubbly hoppy water. Which is funny because it reminded me of the low ABV beers that Forest & Main puts out. Not a lot of body.

But very easy to throw back a few. Probably really good for a post-workout/run/bike ride or mowing the lawn.

CBC in Fort Collins closed last year. My guess is high rent was the culprit. Dudes running it were/are incredibly knowledgeable and really nice guys...

That lady sounds like a ******.. see these guys from time to time and am interested in hearing they thoughts on her

Chris is one of my favorite people. I believe they are not fans of the owners and wish they had done their own store out from under that franchise name.

Opening a bottle shop in a premium location and paying franchise fees just seems like a recipe for failure to me, especially in a state like Colorado where people are used to shopping at independent bottle shops.

My younger brother used to live in Eureka and brought a growler of Booth beer back to share with me a few month ago. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the beer was.

I used to live in Eureka. Plenty of meth, weed, hippies and beer....the beer was nice. I worked a block away from the old Lost Coast brewery.

Picking through the cellar back in Europe... some of the very first BA Mikkeller, Bourbon Barrel Beer Geek Brunch Weasel. Probably not very good any more, seeing as there were all handbottled at Nogne, but curious nonetheless

There's no online beer drama as entertaining as whatever's going on involving Kane BA stout releases. Maybe it's just because of New Jersey or whatever, but there's always threats of physical violence, and they start almost immediately, it's not like it takes a ton of escalation to get from "hey shitlord, stop trying to sell this beer on secondary" to "**** you snitch, come trade fists IP and I'll bust your lip" (actual exchange that took place today).

****, I love **** like this. Is this anywhere out in the open internet, or in secret beer trading groups I need to be invited to? Need to see.

Not nearly as exciting as "free alcohol now".
A few weeks back me and my wife went to a wedding in downtown Houston and booked a room so we could get wasted and sleep it off upstairs from the reception. We walked into the front lobby to check in and I was offered a free margarita. “Of course I’ll have one. Who would say no to that?” I took a cup, walked to the front desk where my wife was standing and this is where I realized that she had just said no to that question, seconds before.

I assume you pointed out the missed opportunity she had to get you a second free margarita?

Must’ve been a Drury Hotel?

That’s the only hotel that offered me a drink punch card at check in. Free breakfast too.

Texas be classy.
