Hi, I was just wondering something in general as well as something concrete when it comes to Kölsch brewing.
I am not aiming for a perfect Kölsch, I want to make one that is more in the 5,5 to 6,0 % area. Simply because I prefer beers in general when they are around 5,5 and up.
The question is, is it a simple as adding a little more grains ? Should I add some sugar during the boil?
