Racetrack prv

I bought 4 kegs on ebay it said ball lock on the description. Turns out they are racetrack ball lock, I got them for pretty cheap so consequently the prv valves are ****.

Im having a hell of a time finding new (or even used ones in working condition) anywhere. I had bought four pepsi keg lid hoping to replace them but obviously they dont fit. Has anyone had some success interchanging the prv from the pepsi style lid to the racetrack lid?

Any other solutions possible?

TLDR; Bought four beat up racetrack kegs. Need to replace the PRV. Cant find the lid or prv anywhere. Have four new spare pepsi style lids. Is there a way to interchange the prvs?

I don't know anything about racetrack lids or their components, but can you return the pepsi style lids and replace them with these? (they're on sale)
