How much yeast slurry should I expect from a 45 gallon batch in a conical? I pulled off yeast this morning and only got about a liter before it started shooting out liquid. Does that sound about right? I didn't crash it yet, it's been in the fermenter for two weeks. What came out looked just a little mixed with trub. I'm crashing it today.
