Getting ready to make a starter. Mr Malty says i need a 1.82 liter starter. I have never made one that big. I have a 2000ml flask. is this something i should step up? or can i just add 180 grams of DME to 1.82 L of boiling water?
BTW Stepping up yeast starters has me totaly confused. anybody have a dumbed down link or explanation to this proccess? Thanks and cheers!
