I took a Hydrometer reading just before I pitched my yeast at 1.085
I was told that the reading was high and I may not have mixed my water and wort well enough together.
I'm brewing a Kolsh and I've been fermenting for roughly 3 hours.
Do I need to give my fermenter a bear hug and mix my water, wort, and yeast better?
