I'm having a hard time in my head picturing what connections i'm going to need to make a plate chiller work with the quick disconnects i'm going to use. I'm on the fence between the Shirron and the Therminator. The disconnects i'm going to be using on my stand are these from McMaster:

6739K59
6739K68
6739K64

Also what is the best option out there for connecting the garden hose to the chiller. Do most people just use the treaded connection or are there quick disconnect options.

Hopefully this all made sense cause too much studying and a few beers never does my brain good.:)

Thanks

I screw my hose to the therminator and use QDs on the wort connections.

You can see the QD here (it's attached to my DIY thrumometer).
