I will be volunteering at a local vineyard pick grapes this week. As a result, I will have some grapes that I want to give to a friend (we both make wine). The thing is he is on vacation this week and not available. I have just recently moved into using fruit as opposed to juices or kits. Will they be fine if I freeze them like I have all of my other berries? I know freezing my blueberries, blackberries, etc is ok as it helps with juice extraction, but will it hurt the grapes and resulting wine if I freeze them for a week?
